Responsibilities The Opportunity The Sustain Engineer in PepsiCo’s Sustain and Operations team, part of the S&T Digital Product and Application organization, will act as the key liaison between Brand Protection, internal product teams, and vendors—primarily supporting the ZeroFox platform, the Dashlane social media credential management tool, and various other marketing applications. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing risk mitigation, and driving automation and issue resolution to support the long-term health of PepsiCo’s digital products. Global brand protection – Domain, mobile, and social media provide powerful and evolving ways for PepsiCo brands to connect with consumers, build relationships, react in real-time, and expand our global reach. However, social media is the largest unsecured network on earth, and the ability to spread messaging globally and instantaneously comes with risks. The key objective for this role is to preserve and protect PepsiCo’s EMEA consumer-facing brand reputation. This involves actively monitoring domains, mobile platforms, and rogue social media to stop fraud, offensive content, and reputation damage while reducing the risk of impersonation scams and employee/executive extortion. Your Impact As Sustain Engineer Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Product Design and Development Report directly to the Sustain Lead on objective and strategic planning activities & service improvement execution Partner with Operations Lead on analysis, reporting and collaborating with external team assessing risk and release planning Partner with CSM on vendor management planning and ITSM productivity execution objectives Partner with SRE on problem management tracking, resolution and automation ideation & execution E2E Service Management & SLAs Review the service reports in accordance with SLA agreements partnering with the CSM Drive standard ITSM processes and best practices to enhance service quality partnering with external Capability teams' guidance Identify areas of improvement between DP&A Sustain & Operations teams to reduce obstacles and improve visibility on external risks Escalate unresolved incidents, known risks and communicate to leadership areas of opportunity of productivity and efficiency Transition to Sustain Quality Assurance Execute plans and monitor smooth transition of applications from Hypercare to Production Support (Transition to Sustain). Act as a Subject Matter Expert in functional area to establish consistent ways of working in responding & resolving incidents & problems Provide Quality Assurance knowledge and expertise during version release testing and validation for production readiness Partner with Operations and Sustain Lead to review and update Hypercare Checklist where needed Update, audit and align that the Hypercare Checklist is completed successfully with Customer Success Manager before accepting application Review, Assign, or Escalate, ZeroFOX Alerts related to Trademark, Logo, or Wordmark infractions to the appropriate Sector IT - Manager/Brand Protection Specialist Provide insights on Domain, Social Media, and Mobile Application alerts Identify trends regarding incidents and threat actors Dashlane: Add or Remove (Users and Accounts) Share accounts, Escalate Account related Incidents, Escalate Dashlane technical Incidents. Keep Track of newly added or removed accounts and users, based on country and category for audit reporting purposes Monitor service levels, identify patterns in incident data, and recommend proactive solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Support objective setting, strategic planning, and service improvement initiatives alongside sustain Lead. Review and validate with CSM and Sustain lead that Service Level reporting meets SLAs Ideate, create and execute ITSM and Automation Monitoring Reporting KPIs via formal dashboard(s) Assist in the data capture and validation for Executive Summary reports on Sustain & Operations team standard KPIs using dashboards Share bright and hot spots with Sustain Lead that require celebration or attention Utilize PEPOps Dashboard to assist in standardizing functional reporting Celebrate success with SMILES awards or providing positive feedback to vendors & peers. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Security, or equivalent. Incident Management experience, 2-4 Years Information security and data governance experience, minimum 3 years Project Management experience, 2-4 Years 2-4 + years’ experience in Information Technology. Technical Expertise Required: Knowledge transfer will be provided Knowledge of ZeroFOX Platform particularly (preferred but now required) Experience of Domain Registration and Creation processes Ability to review, access, and understand DNS records Basic Social Media Knowledge 2FA Knowledge Basic Software Usage Skills (login, navigate admin console, maintain well organized structure) Experience: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
