Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with a solid educational background and relevant certifications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network administration, system administration, and cybersecurity, with a focus on Azure cloud environments. This role requires expertise in managing hybrid cloud setups, integrating on-prem environments with Azure, and optimizing network performance and costs in cloud environments.
ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage Azure cloud environments, ensuring security and efficiency.Integrate on-prem environments with Azure, creating seamless hybrid cloud setups.Implement disaster recovery solutions and maintain system security.Optimize network performance and cost in cloud environments.Collaborate with teams to utilize DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience in network administration, system administration, and cybersecurity.2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500).CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, or other networking/cybersecurity certifications.Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar networking certifications.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hybrid cloud setups.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Experience in network performance optimization and cost optimization in cloud environments.Work Environment
This position involves working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment. You will be utilizing tools such as Azure Automation, PowerShell, and Veeam to ensure the efficiency and security of our systems. The work environment is collaborative, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50/hr.
