Your role at Clorox:
Manage AP process for T&E for multiple LATAM countries, and any corporate or local projects and initiatives. Resolve issue escalations and partner with our outsourced provider and internal customers to continuously improve our processes.In this role, you will:
Manage expense reports entries, GL reconciliations, card programs with strong customer service skills. Processing timely payments and reimbursements to banks and individual employees.Provide analysis to identify issues and corrective actions.Resolving escalated issues by partnering with 3rd parties and internal Clorox customers and P2P colleagues. Complete month-end close activities (journal entries, accruals, GL reconciliations, etc.) on time without error.Participate on cross functional teams on continuous improvement projects within the P2P process.#LI-Hybrid
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.2-4 years of experience in expense reporting, financial analysis, and compliance.SAP experience required, including expertise in T&E modules.Strong knowledge of General Accounting Principles.Ability to analyze travel and expense trends for cost optimization and reporting.Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for effective communication with global teams.Workplace type:
