**Are you ready to embark on an exciting opportunity?** We're thrilled to announce a Remote SEASONAL BILINGUAL (French/English) CONTRACT RECRUITING role that will start June 16th and conclude in late January 2026. The starting hourly rate is $35.00/hr + Canadian based on experience.
The Seasonal Recruiter (New Hire Recruiter) is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting high-volume recruitment needs during the hiring season. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and overseen by the Program Lead, the Seasonal Recruiter collaborates closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Year-Round Recruiters for mentorship and guidance. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, commitment to operational excellence, team engagement, and candidate management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Candidate & Hiring Expertise**
+ Build and maintain a pipeline for new hire seasons.
+ Review and contact candidates in our applicant tracking system, Expert Hiring 2.0.
+ Provide a positive candidate experience for high-volume domain expert hiring
+ Follow up with viable candidates, including unresponsive or inactive applicants.
+ Conduct phone screens, drive interview completion, and extend offers.
+ Use phone, email, and texting methods to follow up and drive interview completions.
+ Prepare candidates for interviews via email and prep courses, ensuring continuous engagement.
+ Accurately document activities and update tasks in the applicant tracking system.
**Operational Efficiency**
+ Participate in special recruiting projects to support business objectives.
+ Conduct position leveling assessments based on business needs.
+ Schedule phone screens using Calendly to ensure smooth interview coordination.
+ Utilize team metrics and reports to assist in effective funnel management.
**Learning & Participation**
+ Attend all scheduled training and fully engage in the learning process.
+ Take accountability for implementing guidance and action plans provided by Mentors, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and Lead Recruiters.
**Team Engagement & Culture**
+ Build engagement and collaboration with other recruiters.
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) and Candidate Experience (CX) teams
+ Hirevue follow-ups, including email requests and link resends.
+ Actively contribute to team discussions with constructive ideas and process improvement feedback.

**Required Experience**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and fluent in French/English
+ Proven track record of high candidate/customer engagement and performance
+ Experience conducting behavior-based interviews

+ Recruiter activity and productivity (e.g., number of phone screens, interviews, and offers extended).
+ Candidate pipeline efficiency.
+ Participation in training sessions.
+ Full participation in operational initiatives like Training, Power Hours, and Mentor Checklist completion.
+ Positive results from Mentor Feedback surveys
+ Consistently positive feedback on contributions to team culture and collaboration.
+ Completion of all items on the Mentee Checklist within specified timelines.
+ Positive feedback from Mentors on training effectiveness.
+ Timely escalation and resolution of performance concerns.
+ Positive feedback from TAM and Leads on candidate-related initiatives.
+ Timely and accurate collaboration with TAC and CX partners
