TA Operations Analyst will work closely with People teams within APAC and will support all TA technology platform queries. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide first level operational support for the application tracking system's (Avature) related queries + Analyseissues andusage of various technology platforms andassistresolution and change + Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across APAC to improve process & technologyadoption + Implement process improvement initiatives across APAC driven through technology + Supports with testing / validation of new enhancements + Conducts process mapping as required using MS Visio + Extracts reports from Avature as needed + Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations as requested + Ad hoc administrative support asrequired **Main Requirements:** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational and analytical skills. + Ability to work in a virtual team environment - self motivated & driven + Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. + Ability to effectively present information. + Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient. + Ability to establish and maintain work priorities in support of multiple team members. + Working knowledge of Avature or other applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems. + Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, Video Creation tools When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive.
