We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** to support our candidate selection and hiring process. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping companies attract top talent.
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to provide administrative support.
+ Work collaboratively with recruiters to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
+ Create requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with job postings on various job boards.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
+ Initiate and track candidate background checks
+ Manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates.
+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ClearCompany) to ensure accurate candidate records.
+ Conduct initial candidate screenings, when necessary, to assess qualifications.
+ Prepare offer letters and assist with preboarding new hires.
+ Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
+ Assist with coordinating recruitment events such as career fairs and networking events.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ 2-3 years of previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
+ Experience with utilizing and leveraging technology, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed), Clear Company, and/or social media recruiting.
+ Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
+ Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
