Talent Development Supervisor
Job Description

Our Talent Development Supervisor is passionate about learning and development, excels at coordinating training initiatives, and can effectively support both administrative processes and team engagement.

Essential Duties

Assist departmental trainers in promoting a strong learning culture and preparing impactful training sessions.Collaborate with managers to create tailored training plans for departments and individual associates.Oversee and deliver engaging onboarding experiences ensuring consistency with company standards.Work with Talent & Culture leadership to create and manage monthly training programs aligned with business needs.Deliver trainings (online and offline) to all associates.Manage logistics, records, certificates, and compliance for all internal and mandatory trainings.Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously enhance training content and delivery.Oversee administrative aspects of onboarding/offboarding and coordinate the hiring process for short-term interns.Assist in general Talent & Culture administration for the full employee life circle.Participate in projects.

Qualifications & Skills 

Fluency in German and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.Human Resources expertise.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation skills.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
