As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and connecting with top-tier candidates while acting as a brand ambassador for our firm. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, and databases, to identify and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, ensuring a focus on high-turnover and strategic roles, while fostering relationships with passive candidates. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and support initial candidate outreach for seamless handoffs. Manage candidate pipelines and track progress using iCIMS ATS, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable updates on sourcing metrics. Build and nurture partnerships with community agencies, colleges, schools, and professional organizations to promote diversity and expand candidate outreach. Stay informed on talent market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to refine sourcing strategies and enhance outcomes. Monitor job posting effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements to drive sourcing success. Continuously enhance skills through research, networking, and professional development to remain at the forefront of talent acquisition innovations. Deliver outstanding service to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers by exceeding expectations in every interaction. Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business goals. Anticipated salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 USD per year This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role in corporate or staffing agency environments. Proficient in sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media platforms, and iCIMS ATS, with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and proven ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple channels. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships. Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Thrives in fast-paced environments, committed to continuous learning and improvement. Strong teamwork ethic and passion for fostering a collaborative environment while delivering individual results.
