The Bonadio Group is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Tax Service Line. We work hard to develop and advance  quality-focused tax professionals. You will enjoy the opportunity to learn, develop, and grow into well-rounded trusted advisors to clients and your colleagues.  

Responsibilities

Prepare and/or review complex business and individual tax returns.Develop effective working relationships with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.Ability to identify and research tax issues, develop resolutions, and prepare written conclusions.Assist with the developing, training and mentoring of staff and interns.Recognize the opportunity to provide new and innovative services.Have initiative to learn new tax skills the diverse client base at The Bonadio Group can offer including but not limited to public company tax services, banking and financial industry tax services, international, cross-border and expatriate compliance services, and transaction advisory services.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting An active CPA certificationA minimum of five years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills 
 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ProSystems Engagement software is a plusExperience with tax research software

Hours of Operation

Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday  We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, there may be times when additional hours may be required
