Join a dynamic Finance team as a Tax Manager where you’ll lead and manage income tax provisions and returns, with a strong focus on C Corporation structures and ASC 740 compliance. This hands-on role is ideal for a licensed CPA with a background in financial reporting and income tax. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with other departments to improve processes and ensure accuracy in consolidated tax reporting. Tech-savvy candidates who bring tax software experience will thrive in this fast-paced, growth-focused team. Responsibilities:Manage and oversee corporate income tax provisions in compliance with ASC 740Prepare and review financial reporting related to income taxesEnsure compliance for all federal, state, and international income tax filingsCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Accounting teamsDrive improvements in tax processes and systems to enhance efficiency Qualifications and Requirements:CPA certification – must have5 years of public accounting experience, ideally in a Big 4 or large national firm – must have Strong knowledge of C Corporation taxation – must haveIn-depth experience with ASC 740 provision – must haveExpertise in financial reporting and consolidated entity tax reporting – must haveCorporate income tax preparation and research – must haveExperience using income tax software (e.g., Onesource / GoSystem) – must haveTechnologically inclined and comfortable adopting new tax tools – preferred Benefits and Perks:• Competitive salary based on experience
