Support Auto customer/project as technical account manager. The role will be interface between customer and Qualcomm support team. Manage customer, project and issues. Build good relationship with customer and manage customer’s expectation, monitor customer project milestone and escalate key issues to both customer and Qualcomm support team.
Skills/Experience
Customer and project support experience with good cross-functional team communication and management skills. Auto industry experience is preferred.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Management
Visit customer regularly.Train customer to understand and follow Qualcomm support process.Win customer’s trust through good support.Manager customer’s expectation.Drive CE team to provide proper support to customer.Driver CE team to train customer.
2. Project Management
3. Issue support
4. Collect Customer feedback and report them to management team
5. Host Meeting between customer leader and CE leader
Education: Bachelor or above
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
