Summary: Seeking a Technical Drafter with expertise in architectural design for developing shop drawings and managing outsourced drafting coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience Associates Degree or higher, or equivalent technical experience Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings Experience preferred in pre-engineered metal building or architectural design

Preferred Skills:

Experience with "Single Skin" partitions Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Sketchup

Responsibilities:

Develop standard product details and shop/installation drawings for metal panels Interpret customer-submitted drawings and specifications for project scope Coordinate panel analysis with engineering personnel Conduct quality checks on peer drawings and bill of materials Review and update drawings based on customer corrections Produce bill of material list from approved drawings Provide take-offs to verify materials needed for projects Interface with internal and external stakeholders on projects

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
