What you’ll be doing:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support payment processing systems and integrated systems
• Handle ad hoc technical support requests from customers
• Build and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Experience in payment processing, fuel industry or retail POS desirable but not essential

You bring:
• A strong IT or engineering background
• Computer literacy
• Solid networking and troubleshooting experience
• An eye for detail and a love for solving tech puzzles
