Position Summary: The Technical Trainer & Course Manager will be responsible for preparing and conducting classes regarding safety, installation, maintenance and repair of forklift equipment in accordance to corporate practices and procedures, regulatory requirements and Raymond specific requirements. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve as the Raymond Certified Course Manager for the Technician Development Program – this will require attendance to the Raymond Course Manager & Train the Trainer programs. * Assist with the certification process through Raymond and Remstar, ensuring that Raymond Central meets the stated requirements for the number of certified technicians. * Assess training needs, certification requirements, and training effectiveness for our service technicians. Teach training skills to “guest technical trainers”. * Develop and deliver high-quality technical training material (in-person, online, maybe hybrid). * Maintain documentation in accordance with business requirements and ensure that materials remain updated with new and pertinent information. * Select and help train “technician mentors in each branch” to assist in the technical aspects of the Technician Development Program. * Provide Train the Trainer Safety on the Move classes (serving as a mentor & resource to others) * Will be a Raymond Lean Management Champion Minimum Qualifications: -High school diploma; two-year degree and/or technical related certifications strongly preferred -At least two years’ experience of forklift maintenance in the field or shop environment The ideal candidate will possess: -Strong technical aptitude -Motivation to educate and mentor other technicians -Time management and communication skills to effectively prepare and deliver training #HEUCORP
