**Job Description :** We’re hiring assembly technicians to help build aerospace parts. You’ll work on tasks like putting together parts, using tools like torque wrenches and micrometers, reading diagrams, handling cables, and moving materials. Some roles involve fiber optics, PCBA, or using SAP. If you’ve worked in manufacturing or built things before, that’s a plus. We’ll train the right people too. There are different departments that all have openings: FINAL INTEGRATION w/ Sir Sam Leong: Structural Assembly, electrical compactors, torquing bolts, using micrometers, harnessing, checking pins, moving satellites, pushing and moving materials. Assembly, shipping, rigging with cranes, moving materials with pallet jacks and a riding "lindy" PANEL LINES w/ Shane Syson: Splicing w/ fiber optic cables, cable handling, sub installation of components, torquing, reading schematics, M1 meter, applying decals or stickers (repetitive work), lifting up to 35 lbs, installing sub assemblies MECHANISMS (Tech II level)/MIXED MODEL ASSEMBLY (Tech I level) w/ Nick Schumann Mechanisms: mechanical, torquing, electrical testing, mechanical testing, simple material handling transporting materials with foam around it, no FL. Aerospace specs and standards, splicing. MMA: PCBA Assembly, follow diagram, torquing, assembly, entry level and can train SSL w/ Louie Martinez: Mechanical using torque wrenches, manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace experience, using work instructions and simple blueprints. 2 years of manufacturing experience, hand tools, computer savvy with SAP like to haves: aerospace, follow visual & written instructions, have built something meaningful **Skills** mechanical, assembly, aerospace, structural, torque wrenches, blueprint, schematics, SAP, electrical, installation, construction, automotive **Top Skills Details** mechanical, assembly, aerospace, structural, torque wrenches, blueprint, schematics, SAP **Additional Skills & Qualifications** REQUIRED SKILLS: all positions must have previous manufacturing, aerospace would be great! Looking for someone who can follow basic work instructions, good with very repetitive work, focused on quality, and shows up every day with great attendance. Must be good with reading BPs/drawings/schematics and someone who's mechanically inclined (torque wrenches, basic tools) PREFERRED SKILLS: if they don't have aerospace, they're willing to look at previous experience in automotive manufacturing, construction, of medical device manufacturing. **Experience Level** Entry Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
