Key Responsibilities:
Performs routine facilities maintenance duties such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs, and other related assignments. Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment Performs non-routine repairs to equipment Oversees the work of repair and maintenance vendors Uses tools and operate equipment needed to perform job functions; equipment includes cranes, forklifts, scissor lift etc. Assists with cleaning trucks, equipment, and grounds Assists with moving furniture and equipment Other duties as required.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred.3-5 years' experience.Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
