Les technicien(ne)s de systèmes de chauffage à air pulsé installent et entretiennent des appareils de chauffage à l'huile, dans des bâtiments à usage commercial.

Lire et interpréter des dessins et des spécifications techniques afin de déterminer les travaux à exécuter;disposer les éléments du système de chauffage au brûleur à l'huile et les assembler en se servant d'outils manuels ou mécaniques;installer les éléments du brûleur tels que les thermostats, les moteurs, les conduits et les dispositifs de sécurité, et les raccorder à l'alimentation en carburant, à la ventilation et au système électrique;mettre les brûleurs en marche et régler leur fonctionnement;localiser les défauts des brûleurs à l'huile, ainsi que ceux de leurs composantes et contrôleurs, et les réparer;installer, entretenir et réparer des systèmes de chauffage;assurer un service d'entretien périodique d'appareils de chauffage à l'huile.Manipuler du matériel
