Temporary Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator. This person will partner closely with our hiring managers and HR team to deliver an exceptional interview and hiring experience.  You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and recruiting for the open positions at Key Technology and WECO.

 

In this role you will create job postings, coordinate interview scheduling, and act as the point of contact for all candidates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have exceptional organizational skills.  This role is onsite in Walla Walla and expected to go through approximately the end of 2025.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet hiring goals while ensuring the candidate experience is of the highest standards Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, including Field Service Technicians, Corporate Professionals, Engineering, and more. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process as the candidate’s key point of contact. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Manage high-volume interview scheduling and coordination Passively recruit and engage candidates. Develop job postings in partnership with hiring managers Perform reference checks as needed. Facilitate the offer process for corporate positions or partner with Operating Company HR leaders.

Associate’s degree or work experience in related field preferred Minimum 1 year of recruiting or administration experience Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships Exceptional attention to detail and strong email management skills. Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods a plus Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
