Key Responsibilities: + Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment. + Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure product quality. + Utilize various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards. + Accurately document test results, maintain test databases, and generate reports. + Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies. + Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: + Ability to Obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship) + High school diploma or GED required. + Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping and work instructions. + Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. + Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics is preferred. + Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment is a plus. + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
