**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented individual excited to grow their benefits and compensation career by joining our Total Rewards Team as a TRO Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of benefits plan administration, including knowledge of Health & Welfare, Time Away, 401(k) plans (e.g., eligibility, ERISA, etc.), and effective project management skills. The candidate will also have a basic understanding of performance based compensation programs such as Base Salary, Bonus and Equity, as well as salary benchmarking and job profile/family structures.
**Required Skills:**
Total Rewards Organization (TRO) Specialist (Short Term Employment) Responsibilities:
1. As a TRO Specialist, you will play a key support role across Meta’s compensation and employee benefit programs for our retail population. This role involves helping to set up our retail structure for benefits and compensation, including:
2. 1) Partnering with our Benefits and Time Away Operations Cross-functional (XFN) partners and Vendors to make sure our approved benefits design is implemented correctly.
3. 2) Engagement (new hire orientation and comp and benefits communications for retail).
4. 3) Partner with our Compensation Business Partner and Programs Team to ensure alignment of program eligibility for Retail associates.
5. 4) Partner with the Business Systems team to ensure all job profile attributes are accurate in supporting systems such as Salesforce and Workday.
6. 5) Manage inquiries regarding compensation program eligibility, performance management and reward cycle outcomes.
7. 6) Run ad hoc reports, as needed.
8. 7) Summarize and consolidate vendor reporting including creating charts and graphs, as needed.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. 4+ years of compensation and benefits experience
10. Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Google sheets
11. Experience in analyzing large data sets
12. Proven experience in Excel skills and attention to detail
13. Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills, demonstrated communication skills with all levels (including management), and experience creating relationships with new cross-functional partners
14. Effectively works independently
15. Demonstrated experience managing multiple work streams and moving work to completion
16. Experience in effective presentation to groups
17. Proven capacity to operate in a proactive manner and experience with both the hands-on execution of tasks/projects as well as demonstrated aptitude to think strategically

$111,000/year to $162,000/year + benefits
