Tradesmen International is seeking highly motivated and experienced Turbine Millwrights to join our growing team. The pay range is up to $35/hour based on experience plus $175/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise, expand your knowledge, and experience different parts of the country, all while being well-compensated for your skills and time.

 

Job Scope:

Perform precision alignment, leveling, and installation of turbine components and auxiliary equipmentConduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of steam, gas, and hydro turbinesDiagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutionsPerform disassembly and reassembly of turbines and related machineryMaintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and parts usedAdhere to all safety procedures and company policiesCollaborate effectively with on-site personnel and other contractors

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turbine MillwrightProven expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various turbine typesStrong knowledge of precision alignment techniques, including laser alignmentProficiency in using various hand and power tools, as well as specialized millwright equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and schematicsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and a clean driving recordWillingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required Company Details
