Job Summary:
Primary GL and Excess Underwriter for industry leading MGU specializing in Security Guards, Private Investigators, Alarm Companies and Janitorial Companies
Responsibilities:
· Underwriting submissions sent in from brokers.
· Develop relationships with brokers throughout the country.
· Responding to submissions from brokers in a timely manner
· Assist the team as needed with other tasks.
· Issue non-premium and premium bearing endorsements
Requirements:
● Relationship management and relationship building
● Self-motivated and self-driven
● Hands-on experience with “smart systems”, analytical tools and statistical packages (spreadsheets, SPSS, databases etc).
Education/Experience:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● P&C license preferred, but not mandatory. Will be required to get license after being hired
