Essential Functions/Responsibilities: + Epic Health information system, as well as several other software application usage. + Filing and making copies + Answer phones, make phone calls, use of excel for data gathering. + Create and manage forms, on call schedules. + Will be crossed trained to perform Behavioral health sitter, EKG's, and Glucometer finger-stick. Minimum Education: + High School Diploma or GED required + Associate degree preferred Preferred: + 1 year experience working in an emergency department setting preferred + Excellent customer service skills strongly preferred + Ability to multi-task and work as part of team
