As the US GAAP Manager, you will be responsible for the following:\r\nRecreate financial data from 2010, ensuring alignment with US GAAP as if it had always been applied.\r\n\r\nRetrieve and analyze historical financial data from legacy systems to ensure accurate reporting.\r\nAssist in the preparation, coordination, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\r\nPrepare and post monthly consolidation journal entries.\r\nMaintain and adhere to SOX internal controls, modifying and updating as required.\r\nEnsure timely financial reporting by meeting internal and external deadlines.\r\nLiaise with tax, treasury, planning, and investor relations teams to provide reports and financial insights.\r\nConduct financial statement analysis on various consolidation accounts.\r\nContinuously improve the consolidated reporting process, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.\r\nParticipate in and support special projects as needed.\r\n\r\n
