Used Truck Administrator

Salary: Up to £27,000 and Annual Company Bonus up to 5%
Location: Warwick (Hybrid, minimum 60% office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am -4:30 pm

Who are you?

You have experience in administration, someone who takes pride in accuracy and organisation. You are confident in producing reports, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks with ease.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:


• To be proficient with Microsoft 365 – Excel, Word and Outlook
• Have strong Excel skills at an intermediate level or above
• Ability to produce reports and maintain accurate records
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

 

You will join a close-knit team of three and report directly to the Administration Supervisor. You will work closely with the Sales Teams and Volvo Financial Services, as well as liaising with our wholly owned dealerships to help coordinate the sales process and vehicles coming off contract.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be involved in every step of the vehicle sale process from contract return to final paperwork.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Managing stock administration, vehicle locations and legal documents
• Creating handover packs, raising invoices, monitoring payments and tracking sales
• Handling DVLA updates and coordinating post-sale documentation
• Producing system reports and keeping records up to date
• Working to month-end deadlines and ensuring accuracy throughout
