Pay: Base + Commission + Bonus Opportunities -- $75,000 - $100,000

 

Responsibilities

Will primarily focus on buying vehicles off-street from private parties; generating these leads and following up/handling in-person appointmentsMonitor vehicle reconditioning and time to lineDeliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and insures timely processing of all purchasesResponsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning processRequires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictateUnderstand market tendencies and the changes to trends of geographic areaMeet car buying quotas

Qualifications

Used vehicle buyer experience, preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills both written and oralCritical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
