Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to develop and refine user-centered experiences across digital touchpoints, including in-vehicle systems, mobile apps, and web. The UX Designer will work independently on design initiatives, leveraging research insights and industry best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
ResponsibilitiesSupport UX design efforts on mid-sized projects, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to communicate design intent.Partner with UX researchers to analyze user data and translate findings into actionable design improvements.Conduct experience audits, competitive/comparative analysis and confirm design proposals are meeting market expectations.Develop and refine information architecture and user flows.Participate in and occasionally lead design critiques and stakeholder reviews.Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design.Work closely with product teams and developers to understand product goals, requirements, and constraints, ensuring design implementation meets standards.Support UX strategy development and contribute to design system evolution.Essential Skills4+ years of UX design experience.Proficiency in Figma.Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field OR equivalent experience.Experience working within an Agile development process.Strong ability to balance user needs with business objectives.Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills.Understanding of accessibility and usability principles.Work Environment
The position offers a small team environment, combining a mix of American team members and ADC. The role provides a long-term consultant-to-hire opportunity.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $56.00/hr.
