The Senior Value Advisor provides deep business process and industry perspective, develops business cases, and thought leadership to support sales cycles. In addition, the Senior Value Advisor will drive pipeline growth and contribute to building and maintaining SAP’s leadership position and brand. **Duties and Responsibilities:** _Core criteria and role objectives:_ 1. Partnering with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies, and execute sales plays. 2. Leading customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, map out innovation scenarios, identify key improvement opportunities and other sources of economic value, and present board-level justification for change including business cases. 3. Demonstrate expert foundational knowledge critical to the role, such as, developing business cases and related metrics and use of tools and templates. 4. Successfully pitch value engagements to customers. 5. Collaborating with customers to establish value management practices which includes regularly benchmarking for best practices and measuring realized value. 6. Lead complex engagements with cross-functional teams (internal and external). 7. Conduct executive level dialog in relation to the deliverables. 8. Establish and maintain the trust of internal stakeholders. A typical engagement requires obtaining buy-in of key stakeholders, confirming scope and timeline, conducting discovery workshops, analyzing and synthesizing information, producing quality, executive ready deliverables with the ability to articulate work in a compelling and effective manner. **Key Attributes** + 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred either as a practitioner, management consultant, or in digital transformation roles + Proficient speaker comfortable interacting with customers one to one and/or one to many scenarios. + Possess a strong executive presence. + Experience building and retaining strong customer relationships. + Experience in diverse technology landscape and process/technology integration issues. SAP technologies strongly preferred. + Preferred Industry Experience – High Tech, Consumer Products, Retail / Wholesale **Qualifications, Education and Preferred Skills:** + Exemplary research and authoring skills with a strong emphasis on synthesis and representing complex scenarios + Ability to produce storylines and high-quality presentations in PowerPoint with a very keen eye for detail. Comfortable with doing financial analysis + Executive presence demonstrated by excellent and energetic public speaking skills + Passion for technology. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 137300 - 294000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
