Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ordering with business needs and forecast their demand requirements.Manage the end-to-end ordering process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.Cooperate with purchasing teams in Tactical Purchase Centers, align of ITS & purchasing processes.Manage key purchasing system users and ensure the expertise knowledge.Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.Build and maintain a pipeline for investments and contract renewals with 3rd party vendors.Oversee the investment process for licenses and consulting, support & consolidate for other ITS areas.Ready to embark on the journey? Hi, my name is Pavla Lazarova and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2004, when I took a role as Investment controller in the Finance team. Gaining more hands-on experience with operations has always fascinated me, so I moved to the License Management team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed as Head of Vendor Management role.
