We are seeking a Veterans Central Mail Order Pharmacy (CMOP) Coordinator to join the CxO team. The CMOP Coordinator is to be the point of contact between the CMOP facilities, McKesson, and their assigned Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Work Daily Omit ReportsA daily file is sent to all the coordinators highlighting which items had the highest omits. The coordinator is required to take the related NDCs and verify if McKesson has their usage by utilizing Smartsheet and reaching out to the buyer team. Work Smartsheet Usage/Order RequestsThe main procedure Coordinators follow is the CMOP Usage/Order Smartsheet requests. CMOP submits a Smartsheet request for a usage increase, order requests, or OTBs. A notification goes directly to the coordinator for that CMOP. The coordinator will manage each request from start to finish by submitting the usage updates in CRM and work with Vendors on drop ship or dock to dock orders. Once complete, the coordinator will update the Smartsheet with the appropriate information for CMOP to view.Report escalations or high-level issues to the CMOPs assigned Account Executive prior to facility visits. Manage all lot and expiration date corrections.The coordinator must process a correction for CMOP within 2 hours.Manage EPS orders upon request.CMOP will submit a request via Smartsheet, and the closest DC will process the request once approved by National Accounts. Process shortages.Process overages.Correct mis-picks.Process returns.Stock Checks.Inventory adjustments/backorder questions.Contract pricing issues/follow up.Log contract pricing issues for research by contracts.McKesson Connect Load Forms (add or delete users/change access)Respond to CSMP questions or issuesAssist with writing SOPs/Knowledge ArticlesShare best practices with internal partners to ensure accuracy and integrity.To be a change agent driving cultural change focused on the success of our business and its customers.Third Party Credit Reconciliation processMonthly service level – omitsHHS emergency orderingMaintain customer support for BOPTraining for all New TechnologyIntegrate new reporting standardsConnect access for CMOP users in SmartsheetSubmit technical tickets for CMOP related issuesMinimum Requirement
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or a related field is desired, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Location
Candidate must live within 50 miles of the Tolleson, AZ Distribution Center.
