**Overview**
Ideal candidate must have an in depth understanding of the life cycle of traditional media campaigns, excellent organization skills, and experience in process documentation. The Business Operations VP will support strategic operations reviews, process improvements, technology deployments and optimization initiatives. This role will assist in driving productivity, efficiency, continual process improvement and innovation.
This role will work collaboratively with agency operations and media investment and operations teams to deploy operational standards and help streamline processes.
**Responsibilities**
**_Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies_**
+ Experience managing strategic projects, cross-functional stakeholder management, process improvement and documentation
+ Demonstrate business analysis and technical writing skills required to create accurate documentation and processes
+ Understanding of media planning & buying, especially in Network, Print, OOH, and Local Media with an emphasis on Operational Standards
+ Conduct business reviews with internal and external teams to identify ways to streamline or automate processes
+ Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
+ Must be able to work autonomously and keep multiple priorities moving at the same time
+ Demonstrate background in process development and documentation
+ Experience working with Media Buying and Planning tools, Ad Tech partners, Integrated Media systems
+ Media Operations, Technical Operations, Business Operations - desired
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis in the media and advertising industry
+ Experience working with senior executives to plan and implement strategic initiatives
+ Strong knowledge in media systems
+ Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
+ Experience managing process documentation and workflow design
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Preferred Candidate will have experience using MediaOcean and Guideline/MediaTools suite of tools

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $230,460 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
