As our **Vice President, International Quality,** you will lead our quality assurance and control initiatives ensure compliance to global QMS and regulations. This key leadership role sits on the international business leadership team and participates in strategic planning in collaboration with cross-functional departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, whilst ensuring high quality product supply to customers. Your ability to operate in a highly matrixed organisation, managing both functional and regional priorities, will enable you to succeed. **What to Expect:** + Provide direction and mentorship to team members in alignment with Corporate Quality. + Empower quality leaders responsible for Europe, Middle East, Canada, Asia Pacific and LATAM counties. + Direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining global Quality Management Systems, customer complaints, adverse event reporting, NCE/CAPA, distribution and service quality + Strong input into business development and new product development activities associated with all Hologic businesses globally (except for United States) + Responsible for strategic workforce planning, developing and implementing employee communication and training programs in connection with Hologic quality objectives, strategies, and processes + Works in partnership with Corporate and Divisional RAQA teams **What We Expect:** + Established executive level experience in quality assurance and control within the medical device or diagnostics field. + In-depth knowledge of international regulatory standards and quality systems. + Strong working knowledge of QMS systems, FDA regulations, ISO 13485, MDD / IVDD / IVDR / MDR + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Qualified to degree level in engineering or related field with Masters preferred (MBA, Quality Management or Engineering). **Why Hologic?** At Hologic, we are passionate about the work we do and the impact it has on the world.
