Description Join the American Arbitration Association (AAA) as our Vice President & Controller and make your mark on a nationally recognized nonprofit leader. In this role, you'll drive financial excellence across our organization while shaping strategy at the highest level. As the Controller, you'll lead all accounting operations including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable oversight, payroll administration, and comprehensive financial reporting. Compensation New York, NY: $180,000 – $200,000 This position is eligible for an annual performance-based incentive which targets 20% of base pay.
