Join us! **Responsibilities:** + Create complex financial models and various financial analyses (including capital structure, capital allocation, and acquisition finance). + Prepare and drive content of presentation materials for clients, including pitch books, lender, and investor presentations. + Actively participate in client meetings and responsible for establishing and deepening relationships with clients. + Complete execution processes for financing transactions by communicating with core and extended client team members as well as coordinating with internal partners. + Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, developing industry specific expertise. + Participate in the recruitment, development, and training of junior resources. + Identify banking/financial needs for large multinational corporate clients and present relevant product solutions including capital raising, credit, cash management, rates & currencies, leasing, and risk management. + Execute financing transactions across various markets for clients including credit facilities, leasing structures, and capital markets transactions. + Deliver complex financial analyses including financial models and peer benchmarking in order to facilitate client decision-making in capital structure, capital allocation, and acquisition finance. + Prepare and drive content of presentation materials, including pitch book, lender presentation, net roadshow, rating agency presentation, and board materials. + Navigate complex processes including credit approvals, capital commitment committees, and AML/KYC requirements. + Support team routine reporting and help prepare reports for internal reviews with senior management. + Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. **Required Skills & Experience:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related; and + 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation. + Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following: + Identifying banking/financial needs for large multinational corporate clients and presenting relevant product solutions including capital raising, credit, cash management, rates & currencies, leasing, and risk management; + Executing financing transactions across various markets for clients including credit facilities, leasing structures, and capital markets transactions; + Delivering complex financial analyses including financial models and peer benchmarking in order to facilitate client decision-making in capital structure, capital allocation, and acquisition finance; + Preparing and driving content of presentation materials, including pitch book, lender presentation, net roadshow, rating agency presentation, and board materials; + Navigating complex processes including credit approvals, capital commitment committees, and AML/KYC requirements; and, + Supporting team routine reporting and helping prepare reports for internal reviews with senior management. + The Employer will accept 2 years of finance experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in a stated field. + 15% domestic travel, as necessary.
