Role Summary: In this role, you’ll execute innovative filming techniques, manage on-site equipment setup, and contribute to post-production workflows, ensuring seamless delivery of visually stunning content that reflects Hogarth’s commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Carry out the filming of short videos, promotional videos, commercials, etc., according to project plans; Be proficient in visual composition and camera language to ensure that video quality and creative output meet expectations Work closely with directors and planning teams to understand and execute the creative vision Responsible for setting up and operating on-site filming equipment, lighting, and audio recording devices Assist with pre-shoot location scouting, site setup, and on-site management during filming Stay updated with industry trends, and proactively experiment with and explore innovative shooting techniques and styles Have basic knowledge of photography, and be able to independently or collaboratively complete still life or portrait photography tasks Be familiar with post-production workflows, possess basic editing and color grading skills, and be able to assist or independently complete simple post-production tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Photography, Film Production, Visual Arts, Media, or related fields Over 2 years of experience in shooting short videos, commercials, or promotional videos, with a portfolio of completed works; Proficient in operating professional camera equipment such as Sony, Canon, RED, with strong technical skills Proficient in basic editing and color grading software (e.g., Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) Strong aesthetic sense, composition awareness, and ability to express ideas through camera work Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working efficiently with directors, producers, and other team members Basic understanding of AI technology and a willingness to explore its integration with video production Capable of performing basic still life and portrait photography independently
