Responsibilities of the VP of Finance is as follows but not limited to:\r\nWork with cross functional teams to support growth initiatives \r\nPartner with business units and departments to drive financial performance and achieve growth targets. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.\r\nSupport project teams with financial insights and analysis to enhance decision-making. \r\nCollaborate with the sales and operational teams to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue models. \r\nAssist in developing and execute the financial strategy with leadership to support the overall business objectives.\r\nManage working capital requirements and targets by establishing and maintaining clear internal key performance metrics and related procedures. Manage the company's cash flow, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting future cash needs\r\nCollaborate with the CFO and the leadership team and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.\r\nEnsure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
