Description: Job Title: Warehouse Associate Department: Facilities / Maintenance Employment Status: Full-Time Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely equipment distribution. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, assisting with the reconditioning and preparation of used equipment for reuse, and ensuring that field Technicians have the necessary parts and tools to complete their work. This role may evolve over time to include additional responsibilities such as inventory control, equipment ordering, receiving, and refurbishment processes, based on the needs of the department and the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (upon certification), pallet jacks, and pressure washers • Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety • Restock and organize small parts and components • Assist in the reconditioning and preparation of used equipment for reuse • Fulfill service requests by processing Service Channel tickets and shipping necessary items to store locations • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding grounds • Pull and stage equipment for Technicians, new store openings, and contractor use • Prepare promotional materials and equipment for store openings (e.g., flags, inflatable displays, streamers) • Deliver equipment to store locations as needed • Support month-end inventory procedures for new equipment • Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager Requirements • High school diploma or GED required • Basic computer proficiency, including Excel • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance • Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently • Ability to occasionally lift/push/pull/carry up to 80 lbs and frequently up to 40 lbs • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and reaching overhead for extended periods • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as operational needs evolve Wage $23.00-$25.00
