Job Description

Schedule: 9 am until finish, 5 days on (SUNDAY IS A MANDATORY WORK DAY), 2 days off, including Saturday and a random day during the week

Pay: $25.10 an hour

Location: 30852 San Antonio St, Hayward, CA 94544, USA

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for:

Loading and unloading delivery trucks to ensure timely and accurate product distributionReceiving, verifying, and strategically storing incoming products to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize spaceUtilizing handheld scanners for load verifications and quality controlCollaborating with other departments to support operational efficiencyWorking in cold conditionsAdhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDBasic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse equipment operationAbility to work with various products, including yeast and flourMust pass pre-employment background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position demands exceptional physical capabilities, including but not limited to:

The ability to maintain a standing or walking position for extended periods without compromise.Proficiency in navigating staircases safely and efficiently.The capacity to consistently lift and maneuver loads of up to 30 lbs., with occasional requirements to manage weights of up to 50 lbs.Demonstrated strength to perform heavy pushing and pulling of products without risk of injury.Resilience to work effectively in refrigerated environments, specifically within the temperature range of 33-38 degrees Fahrenheit.The fortitude to operate in an environment characterized by exposure to loud machinery, when operational needs dictate.
