Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Control:

Receive parts and materials, verify against invoices and packing slips, and organize appropriately. Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Notify management of low or out-of-stock items and restock inventory as needed. Pull, fill, and prepare orders from current inventory based on internal requests.

Shipping & Receiving:

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks. Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of parts and materials. Collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve shipping discrepancies or delays.

Internal Customer Support:

Assist internal departments and remote locations with parts requests and order status. Communicate effectively with the Parts Manager and team regarding inventory needs and updates. Follow up on back-ordered items and ensure prompt replenishment of daily inventory.

Warehouse Operations:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area. Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
