**Job Title: Warehouse Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a Warehouse Lead who possesses the same experience as our Warehouse Associates, coupled with former leadership experience. This role involves being a working lead for the team and assisting with team planning. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. + Control inventory and manage data entry. + Process, package, and ship orders accurately. + Organize stocks and maintain inventory levels. + Inspect products for defects and damages. + Examine incoming and outgoing shipments. + Organize warehouse space efficiently. + Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately. + Check, verify, and fill invoices. **Essential Skills** + Previous warehouse experience. + Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. + Proficiency with warehouse data systems. + Strong organizational skills and ability to work as a team player. + Capability to lift or move heavy products. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with computer systems in a warehouse setting. + Knowledge of material handling, picking, loading, and inventory control. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary along with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. The environment is non-climate controlled but very clean. Located in a nice manufacturing facility, the shift is Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4pm, and Friday from 6am to 2pm. We are transitioning to a straight 40-hour workweek (4 ten-hour days). **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
