Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, sets the standard for excellence, and ensures warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay rate $20-22/hr DOE.Temp to Perm.Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.Ensure all shipping and receiving processes are performed accurately and on schedule.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.Train, guide, and support warehouse team members to achieve performance and safety goals.Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management and cycle counts.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.


Work Experience

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role.Solid experience with shipping and receiving procedures.Proven forklift operation experience and certification (or ability to become certified).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work without supervision.Dependable, proactive, and committed to quality and safety.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
