POTENTIAL TASKS Assist with all operations,Record product codes and lot numbers,Operate forklift, drive trucks and other equipment on property, Stack bags efficiently and safely,Pick orders, load and unload product,Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customers,Load bulk feed on trailers.Blend ingredients to make finished feed.Operate skid steer.Other responsibilities as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS - To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understand/follow company safety procedures, Exhibit consistent, prompt attendance,Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted, shovel material and operate a vacuum, Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation,Have experience driving a forklift,Possess strong math aptitude and be familiar with basic computer skills,Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times. SCHEDULE This is an hourly position Monday through Friday, (and possibly occasional weekends) if needed.Demonstrate initiative to work independently on given assignments while remaining flexible enough to work within a team setting. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT Candidate will provide their own steel-toed safety boots.All other PPE will be provided by the plant.
