Temporary position$22.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers during a designated shiftEnsure operational efficiency and compliance with company policiesMaintain inventory and manage supply orders as neededResolve employee issues and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environmentNew employees are trained and onboardMonitor staff performance and provide feedbackProficiency in relevant software and toolsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendWarehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
Bilingual is a mustPrevious supervisory experience in a similar roleStrong leadership and decision-making abilities High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plusProven experience as a team leader or shift supervisorApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
