Job Summary:Fun Town RV is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for processing and managing warranty claims while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with both customers and manufacturers. This position requires a balance between advocating for customer needs and adhering to factory policies and limitations.
Key Responsibilities: Submit and process warranty claims according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure warranty repairs are completed to customer satisfaction while following factory policies. Investigate and resolve overdue, unsettled, or short-paid claims. Verify, document, and file warranty forms accurately. Reconcile and record manufacturer payments and concession summaries. Maintain a strong working knowledge of service department procedures and policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
