Position Summary:  JMT is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join the Hunt Valley Water Resources group. The Project Engineer will perform aspects of water resources engineering analysis and design. 

Compensation for this position is $96,000 to $154,000, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Analyze and design storm drainage systems Analyze and design stormwater management practices Perform Hydrologic and Hydraulic analysis Develop Erosion and Sediment Control plans Perform inspection and assessment of constructed stormwater management practices Complete permit applications for state and local agencies Utilize general engineering principles and practices daily Develop construction cost estimates Prepare engineering documents for advertisement and construction Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project completion by the defined deadline and established quality
