**Overview** **Job Summary Details:** The Airline Passenger Assistant, or Wheelchair Agent, provides essential services for passengers needing wheelchair assistance. This role is highly customer service-focused, and tipping is both allowed and customary. Must be able to speak English as you will be communicating with passengers.
