Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the fabrication department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Pittsburg, KS

What's the Job?

Prepares materials for welding, cuts, grinds, and cleans metal. Utilizes fabrication skills to complete all phases of fabrication. Provides feedback and input into the fabrication process regarding order of assembly, design, materials, fixtures, and jigs. Conceptualizes and makes fixtures. Works collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality output.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of welding experience. High School diploma or GED required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
