**What you'll do**
As a Working Student, you will support the team in its daily operations as well as strategic projects and programs. Your tasks will include:
+ Assisting our liaison managers in their day-to-day work
+ Helping with content preparation, data analysis, meeting coordination, and event calendar management.
+ Creating slides that translate complex issues into easy-to-understand storylines and messages
+ Supporting the design and preparation of external communications for SAP user groups and customer communities including social media, newsletter, website, notification services, etc.
+ Designing, developing and conducting reportings and dashboards using MS Office and SAP tools and applications
+ On-site event management support
**What you bring**
+ Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
+ Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Information Technology
+ Computer skills: Microsoft Office, additional skills in graphic design are a plus.
+ Language skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in German or English, other languages, especially Spanish are a great plus.
+ Soft skills: “Can-do-attitude”, open-minded, creative, team player, self-driven, digital native

The SAP Global User Group Organization serves as a strategic bridge between SAP and its global network of SAP User Groups. The SAP User Groups are independent communities who represent SAP customers in different countries/regions. They offer their members and our customers a strong foundation to interact and exchange knowledge and best practices and to influence SAP development.
Our team manages the relationship to the user groups holistically, ensuring a close collaboration based on trust and openness to achieve a long-term working model with customers.
_Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages._
