Your role:
Provide analytical and administrative support across various Total Rewards areas, including Benefits, Incentives, Job Architecture, Merit Planning, and Market IntelligenceEngage actively in internal communication channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage)Work with corporate HR systems and toolsPrepare presentations, reports, and ad-hoc documentsParticipate in international Total Reward meetings and contribute to EMEA-wide projects

Microsoft 365 proficiency – basic functions in PowerPoint and ExcelA digital mindset – openness to learning and using new systems and technologiesStrong interpersonal skills – enjoy collaborating in an international settingEnglish proficiency at level B2 / C1 condition – ability to communicate in English employees and understand global materials in English
